WHAT IS SCREENING?
Screening is the process by which a person is assessed to prevent injury and enhance performance.
It involves assessing the bodies range of motion, strength, balance and posture.
If you participate in a sport your technique will be observed to note any aspects that may be causing or putting you at risk of injury.
At the end of the screening you will be given exercises and education to improve your body. This means any training programme will be individually designed for you and will highlight areas for improvement.
